Before you write—

A few things that might save you time:

  • Subscription changes and cancellations are handled in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Receipts don't sync automatically on free plan — upgrade to Vault for cross-device sync
  • To export your data, go to the app → Profile tab → Export
  • To delete your account and all data, email us with 'Data deletion request' in the subject line
